This remarkable, semi-permanent installation includes nearly 100 wall drawings representing 40 years of work by one of the most influential Conceptual artists of out time. From the subtle pencil drawings of the 1960’s to the exuberantly colored acrylic murals of recent years, LeWitt’s works illustrate the order, beauty, and endless variety that can be produced by a singular idea. Conceived more than five years ago and designed by Sol LeWitt before he passed away last year, the exhibition is collaboration with Yale University Art Gallery and Williams College Museum of Art.
