Health Departments across our region continue to slowly get their supply of H1N1 Flu Vaccine, and clinics are being set up. The Jackson County Health Department will continue its series of clinics tomorrow at Lakeland Baptist Church from 9:00am-2:00pm. Vaccines are still reserved for those in high-risk groups. The Jackson County Health Department is also hosting a free document shredding and cartridge recycling event this weekend. You can bring your confidential documents and used printer cartridges to Cartridge World in Carbondale from 9:00am-1:00pm. For more information, call (618)684-3143.
Cedarhurst Center for the Arts will celebrate new exhibits with an opening reception this weekend at the Center in Mt. Vernon. The celebration is at 6:30pm tomorrow night. For more information, call (618)242-1236.

The American Red Cross is hosting a blood drive tomorrow at the Carbondale Eagles Lodge. Donors can stop by from 11:00am-3:00pm to give blood. You can also go to Marion First Church of God from Noon-4:00pm on Sunday.
